I launch the Game I get nothing more then a Black Screen with Audio no video to it. I have tried uninstalling and Reinstalling, Adding to my Anti Virus, Running in Compatibility mode with running as administrator which works for safe mode then crashes on normal mode when going to launch through the Paradox Launcher. Deleting the Preferences.TXT, running steam in offline and last but not least creating a Second Profile on my Machine I am at a loss of what is causing this I will attach the Debug, my Preference, settings, and a Picture of my DXDIAG File in hope to get help
