Blitzkrieg unit bonuses not working?

I noticed that the Blitzkrieg doctrine is supposed to give a bonus of +1 hard and soft attack to CAS. I don't see the bonus working though. CAS have soft/hard attack values of 10/5 as Germany both before and after discovering the Blitzkrieg doctrine.

As answered in the Stony forum, in HOI 2 contrary to HOI 1 the bonuses show now only on upgrade. So the value will be there after a little while of having produced your new unit or any other existing one. You just need to be patient.

So does that mean my '37 tech level CAS will eventually upgrade to 11/6 or do I need to wait til I get '40 CAS?

It should get upgraded even if you do not get improved CAS.
