Is there somewhere a complete list of all the ingame stuff you get for jumping through various hoops and whether or not it still is possible to still get them? I bought the deluxe edition (PC) thinking I would automatically get everything, but now I saw lots of different customization options I don't have on twitch.
If there isn't an official list, and you answer me please list Console Exclusives as well for completion.

This is what you're most likely missing. Devs have already said that they'll make it available to everyone at some point in the future.

There is also a set of aviator sunglasses which some are saying they don't have. Microsoft's store lists them as being an extra for having the Season Pass.

1. You sign in with email account used in sign up campaign from main menu, there will be notification bonus acquired.
2. Create commander, and you'll find the bonus there in one of the customization sliders.
