Kaiser Wilhelm II: A Life in Power is a good one. The same author has also written Iron Kingdom - the Rise and Downfall of Prussia 1600 - 1947, which isn't solely about Imperial Germany, but covers it along with the rest of Prussian history.
This is a very good book: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Contesting-German-Empire-Past/dp/1405129972 Basically a series of essays on different aspects of Imperial Germany, and goes through all the (many) historical controversies about the period, so gives you a good additional reading list.

It's a great book in my opinion and it covers the dates you are looking for and it provides a lot of context around imperial Germany, which is incredibly important.
