Bootstrapper Error

Just got an error message called "Bootstrapper Error - Couldnt start launcher!" when i start the game. Never had this problem before.. Anyone know what to do?
Saw the post by Christian Arvidsson that its because of Anti Virus programs but i dont have any AV installed.

Me too. I received a launcher update just before it came to me. It happened just now, maybe 1h ago.

I can't open all my PDX launcher games now.

I do use win11's anti virus by Microsoft but it worked fine for yrs with PDX launcher.

Tried verifying gamefiles and reinstalling game launcher etc. But it didnt help, reinstalling the whole game now, see if it helps

I have reinstalled steam. It doesn't help. I don't want to reinstall windows.

I MADE IT.

I reinstalled the launcher itself.

It's an indenpendent application called Paradox Launcher v2

After being uninstalled, it would automatically reinstall when opening any PDX launcher game.

It may update itself again and may be disabled again so I disabled its auto-updating in setting

I didn’t manually delete anything. I just uninstall the launcher, in the “Setting” of Windows (I’m not using windows in english so not sure if it’s this name, and I’m not sure if you use windows, but it’s just an ordinary process of uninstalling applications/programs because the launcher is an independent app, from both PDX games and steam)

(In short, I uninstalled it in the same way that I uninstalled Steam.)

Then restart EU4. When a PDX launcher game starts and finds that the launcher hasn't been installed, it would automatically install it.

Then the launcher works fine eventually. I suggest to disable automatic update or something "beta"(? if it is so in english version) because this bug might has something to do with the update 2h ago.
