Maybe you'll want use some 5th century kingdoms' names instead of Ptolemaic tribes 
In the end, they begin appearing just 30-60 years after start of your mod and most of the timeframe will be covered with those early middle ages kingdoms anyway.
Here are few names, so you have where to start
Lowlands:
- Gododdin (instead Votadini)
- Alt Clut or Ystrad Clud (instead Damnonii)
- Hen Ogledd (could be used instead Maeti or Selgovi)
- Manaw
- Lleuddiniawn
- Brynaich
Pictish kingdoms (source):
- Cait (instead Cornovii)
- Ce
- Circinn
- Fib
- Fidach
- Fotla
- Fortriu
- Dal Riata
- Alba

If is it possible, I write as name of province the name of a city that were into the province itself. So in England I think that I don't change the name of provinces. I remember also that if is it possible, I write the latin name for a province, so in Scotland I prefer don't change names:

I redrawn some England coasts and some scottish borders. Besides I change two name of provinces as KaRei said.

Ehm, 9 provinces for Portugal and only 15 for Spain? Isn't this a bit disproportional?
The borders in Spain aren't the definitive borders. I would to draw 35 provinces.
In these last days I have drawn half Sweden and the whole Norway coasts that will be in my map:

2018 in total (but I draw only the lands between Western Africa and Indonesia, accordingly the provinces of BoPMOD are bigger than original Eu2 map or MyMAP)
I want to draw about 500 provinces for Europe, 400 for Africa and 1100 for Asia.
I remember also that the borders of provinces aren't difficult to draw, the problem are the coast that require more precision and more time.
Hm, okay, you wanted my opinion. It looks all very detailed with all that small islands but if everything is so detailed and this is your entitlement, you should add Heligoland to the coastline of Germany.
I didn't saw the island only because it was so far away from the coast. I will add it tomorrow.
The type of observations like those of chefkoch are well done.
Today I've redrawn better some scottish coasts, I've drawn some Sweden coasts and I added Heligoland island.
