Apologies if this has been covered somewhere else but I couldn't find it in the search.

Is there a Mod that breaks up the HRE (and ERE if possible). I'm not enjoying having these two great blobs and think it would be more of a dynamic game without them.

If there is no Mod yet, can anyone advise the best way to Mod them out?
 
Just wait until the Mongols arrive. Ilkhanate, then Golden Horde.

I now have 6 blobs in my game. 2 Mongols, ERE, HRE, France, myself. Only one who can or even tries to break the balance is me. The rest sit there and thumb their noses at each other, and I guess the mongols sometimes have to deal with pointless revolts (that are always crushed, mercilessly).
