Since there are 19 base techs in each tree, and only 13 breakthrough techs, how would I go about adding tech slots or making the game 'roll' the same set of 13 breakthroughs.
I already replied on the other post you commented on, but I'll put it here too. Making or changing a commander profile under the section 'function Game Apply' add in GrantTech("...") with whatever you like. Example GrantTech("AutonomousHubs") will give you autonomous hubs like the inventor has. Here is a list of breakthroughs https://survivingmars.paradoxwikis.com/Breakthrough
You can only unlock them, not give them. What bugs me is that unlike Stellaris, or Cities: Skylines, none of the existing content can be modded, or looked at.
