The attacks like dragon breath of the red dragon or the breath of the fire spirit do not cause any damage on the second hex any more. Did I miss something ?*Is there a workaround (that do not require to attack twice, obviously) ?

It has been reported and *we* are awaiting a fix.
 
Yes, the issue was reported the day (or the day after) the most recent patch, which broke quite a few AoE attacks, including the ones you mentioned. Given the ease with which Steam lets Dev's patch games nowadays, the delay in fixing low-hanging fruit like this is bizarre. To me, anyway.

I still like the game and all, but odd. I mean, at least explain why the issue isn't on track for a quick fix so potential customers don't see things like this on the forums about the game? :unsure:

Judging by recent posts they are focusing on the frequent crashing many players are experiencing. After all why focus on the low-hanging fruit when the tree keeps falling over.
