Brigade attached units don't start at full strength when first deployed, i.e. they're initially 10k strong when they should be 12k.

Sorry if this has already been posted, we really need a bug list.

I think that's a WAD.

Not likely, as the brigade attachement costs two extra manpower to build.

So effectively, building a full strenght reinforced division costs 14 manpower vs 10 for a vanilla.
