Broken asset, zero size error

Hi

I'm having a problem with this error and can't seem to find a way around it. When making a new prop, I mostly get this error, after going back to the main menu and then into the editor.

My models import fine with texture and everything. If I use the model as a building, I don't have any problem, but as soon as it's made as a prop, I get this error 1 out of 10 times and I don't know that I'm doing different that one time it works.

Can someone give me a tip/hint to what causes this and how to get around it?

Looks like I found out what my problem was. As soon as I changed the scaling and rotated in the editor, it would give me an error. If I instead change the scale and the right direction in the software, I don't have any problems
