Hy guys. I have a problem whit doors. I have seen orderlys and janitors break the doors and even though I put them back correctly they break them again immediately. I do not know what to do

Annoying known bug with double jaildoors. Replace by single jaildoors until it is fixed.
It does not prevent orderlies to lift the door and go away with it sometimes... and I've seen the door restored in the wrong direction after that.
