Broken quest (hedge knights)

If you try to recruit hedge knights from London, both the start and the cancel buttons are greyed out (disabled) and none of the quest options work. This means you are literally stuck on that quest and have to terminate the game (ALT+F4) and restart it.

To reproduce this you have to click on the first quest option, which is "hire all available knights."

The Hedge Knights diplomacy option does not crash the game now but the second option to gain +1 captain to every unit doesn't work. It takes your money but you don't get any captains.
