Thanks EL
This was a very nicely run game.
I am going to say it one more time though: By god Apollo is OP if you exploit his ability to the hilt ;-)
I had two more unrevealed personal goals: To have 10 raiders on the game board, and (as I'm sure everyone has guessed by now) to destroy / damage 6 vipers.
I achieved the latter, but only when it no longer mattered. Though it did drive fuel down to 1 in the end
The former, I simply decided not to bother about. Not achieving it costs pop, and we had plenty of that.
Plus, allowing 10 raiders on the board is just too damn dangerous to allow it to happen. That 1 pop isn't worth the risk they pose.
Finally, I had a final five card - whoever examined it would be executed. Ouch.
Still no idea what would have happened if I had been executed and forced to reveal it that way![]()
Without Apollo, I doubt the humans would have won this game. Apollo did so much, that it was basically a free action on every human turn. Well it might not quite be that high, it certainly was up there.
I personally think that J-L should have revealed soon after he got the cylon card( Like I did last game ) and build up the Cylon Fleet. Recall how large those numbers got to be? Because I was sitting there places raiders and fudging the tracks. Still, I am interested to see what happens next game...
