Buddha and the Golden Horde...

look at this screen, i've taken while playin' EEP 1.42b +Eu1.08. I don't know that Buddha came from India to Kalmuk. This is the reason why the Mongol were "non violent" people !
Seriously, does anyone got that kind of bug like me ? Do you know how can i resolve this problem ?

This is intentional. It was changed in the latest patch (1.08). Apparently this area really was (and still is) predominantly Buddhist. Silk road traders settled there, apparently.

The region was settled by the Kalmyk Mongols, who were allies of the Czar. He granted them lands here after they fled from one of the hordes in Central Asia. They are still there, and have their autonomy, but most of the population is Russian.
