I've been trying out a game as China. Its now 1881 and I'm noticing that my budget does not match my change in tresury each month. I've played around with the sliders and noticed it is probably something with my tariffs...which I'll go into in a minute, but here is my current setup:
My anarcho-liberal politics are as follows:
State Capatalism
Free Trade
Secularized
Full Citizenship
Anti Military
My budget breakdown is as follows:
Taxes 621.0 (20% for all)
Import 59.0
Education 609.4
Crime 81.5
Social 0
Defense 60.5
Army Mnt 6.87
Navy Mnt 0
Interest 0
Tariffs 497.7 (this is at the 25% max)
Daily Bal 301.4 (this matches the popup when I hover over Current Funds)
And yes, I've closed the budget window. I hover around 300 daily balance, but only 60 to 100 is added to my treasury.
Now, when I move my tariffs to 0.0, then the daily balance of -200 matches what hits my treasury. So it looks like I'm not getting credit for some of my tariffs. Anyone know why?
