When i was adjusting my 'to treasury' slider, then it turned grey and i cant move it any more. i can move all my other sliders but they dont change my treasury slider. Is this a bug or something i dont know about?

When you doubleclick on a slider you lock it into position. Doubleclick on it again to unlock it.
