Beta oct 31: Two educations

If this has already been posted please ignore this post and forgive me. I have tried to look for the answer.

I was playing along with Byz in 1066 when one of the many young women in the court finished her education twice in a day. She got both Silver Tongue and Midas Touched so she ended up beeing quite a steward.

I also noticed that I wasn't deducted 200 prestige as expected when I changed my religious policy to Church Supremacy.

Just trying to help as none of these are particularly serious :)

The two educations is a known problem and AFAIK unfixable. It is similar to the problem of two marriages and happens when two events trigger at the same time.

How about the 200 prestige? Is that also known?

Huh?

Oh, you made two bug reports in one thread. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

:D:):p

Would you be a darling and check if the same applies to other similar effects of changing various laws, then I could report them in one go?

Ditto for England and Germany in 1066. Changed Religious law without any prestige loss and apparently no loyalty problems (Okay, I admit, I didnt check ALL the German vassals, but none of the dozen or so I DID check before concluding there wasnt an affect had changed)

I haven't ever seen prestige / piety hit for changing Religious Law or any negative effect at all actually. Inheritance and Realm law changes gives appropriate negative effects correctly.

Which is exactly what I said in my previous post :p

I know, I just wanted to confirm what you said, as in bug reports it's best to have many people seeing same thing than having just one seeing it or at worst having different results from different people. :)

Aye, when that is the case then I don´t have to try to try it out myself.

I have noticed another thing about the laws. When I change my political position from royal prerogatory to the Popular setting my vassals are still getting a negative modifier to loyalty of 1.0 a month. This is inspite of the tooltips saying that they will lose loyalty in Royal Prerogatory and that loyalty will not be affected in the Popular setting. Can anyone else confirm this or am I just halucinating?

IIRC, this is another bug which affects royal preogatory and feudal contract. The mentioned modifiers do not affect your vassals' loyalty to you, but your loyalty to your liege.

EDIT: Here is the link to the corresponding report.
