Hello.

If you want to select a Low, Medium or High setting on Weather & Intensity (and you own the Perfect Storm DLC) the option for this is greyed out on the 'Base Settings' page but on the 'DLC Settings' page you are able to do this. Example:

Edit: Turns out the same thing happens with the Dynamic Reputations menu. No need for another video as it's the same. May want to investigate Gangs.
