Playing US, warred against Mexico. Had a "claim" on Caliente province.
Kicked Mexican butt, of course. I sent 120 divisions in to crush their 10 division army.
Demanded Baja California and made them a satellite, which was all I wanted.
Noticed I got Caliente, too.
Like I said, I'm about 90% sure I didn't ask for Caliente.
Do you automagically get provinces you have a claim on if you make someone a satellite or anything like that?
