Controlbar left after load

Playing Argentina I invaded Uruguay and started to take control of a prov. Decideing to quit and load the progress remained when you checked the provinfo as did the pillar of smoke on the geomap. Reproducable

This doesn`t affect gameplay as control progress starts from zero if you try besieging a province anew.
