Royal Post and Grand Palace tool tips

Both the Grand Palace and the Royal Post should (according to the FAQ) increase the demesne size, but the tooltip for the Royal Post says: "Demesne Penalty Modifier: -20%", and the tooltip for the Grand Palace says: ""Demesne Penalty Modifier: +30%"

I assume one of them is wrong...

At present both are slightly wrong. That's being addressed and should make it into the next update.
