Lose Beseiged Province Control
I know this has been brought up before but I cannot find it in the bug forum.
What happens is, if you accept peace with a country while they are beseiging some of the provinces, it will say they control it. (For example if you annex an uncivilized country and they still have troops somewhere).
However, there are two more elements where this also happens. If you annex a second country, you lose control of any province that an enemy is beseiging. eg. As China, fighting Annam and Cambodia. Annex Cambodia (first), and lose all Annam provinces back to Annam that had troops in them, even when control was only about 1%.
Secondly, when another country declares war on the same country you are at war with. eg. As China, had already annexed Cambodia and was trying to recapture the Annam provinces I lost. France had an event to declare war on Annam and when they did, I lost a few more provinces in Annam that the Annam army was in the process of getting back, though they still only had about 3% control.
