Viva Espana event - Aragon vassalage

I could not find this anywhere, so I am not sure if it has been mentioned.

NA 1.04

Grand campaign. I am aragon. Spain gets Viva Espagna event (1477 I believe). I am their vassal. Yet I can't break vassalage. Even stranger, I have the option for a royal marriage (which I did and it worked), and option to vassalize them. So I am both vassal and not vassal it seems.

Not sure if this is a bug or not. I have the save game if required.

If i want to fix this myself, would I just remove the vassalage in the savegame, and all should be good to go? Of course with the stab hit :D - is it -6 or -3, can't remember?

Thanks in advance.

are any of you at war at the time??

That would prevent you from cancelling the vasalage

the double vassal thing is bug #5. Still isn't fixed, don't know if it will be.

about cancelling vassalship, it won't work if any of you are at war with anyone. I just tested it and that's how I can reproduce it. For example, being Provence, I can't break vassilasation with France in 1419 since we're at war with England.

that last part is bug #285

LAPSED as, by test, this no longer occurs; you can break vassalisation in either direction while either or both parties are at war or peace, just fine (although bug 317 requires the game to have been saved and reloaded between the vassalisation and its breakage).
