Bug: Game not displaying what is actually happening

Description​

A fresh install on my PC still has this issue. It occured before the fresh install as well. Upon launch the game fails to display what it is actually doing. OBS allows me to see what it is doing. I do have a video of this issue, but the forums do not allow me to attach .mp4 files.

Steps to reproduce​

1: Launch the game.
