[Bug] Graph colors are swapped + All graphs starting from Reform Grading and below are out of order.

1. Graph Colors Swapped: As title says, Graph Colors are swapped so the following screenshots graphs have the wrong color.

• Note that the following variable's label is on the incorrect axis and the line color is incorrect.
  

2. Graphs starting at Reform Grading and lower are out of order, showing the incorrect variables:

1. Reform Gradings chart label shows coding variable name "graph_axis_RatChewCable" and it's charting the number of cables that rats chewed daily.
   
2. Released Prisoners chart label shows "graph_axis_RatChewFence" and it's charting the number of fences chewed daily.
   
3. Reoffending Rate shows the Reform Grading, similarly the rest of the variables in the list are 2 behind.
   

The developers added 2 new variables that are being charted but they forgot to add the code to display the new variables in the Graph screen's list, so all variables charted from Reoffending Rate to Work Experience are actually charting the variables 2 spots prior to them.
