Bug - Hundreds of "Wildling Warlord" modifiers

So I started playing with 0.9 and when I got in the game I noticed this:

Now I would usually ignore it but The modifier keeps multiplying until I had about 350 notifications, then the game crashed which was my main problem so the question is What is the best way to fix this? I am guessing I have to add/edit a line in some file but I am unsure where.

Are you using 2.2.1?

No and that is most likely the problem I was using 2.2.0 I will get 2.2.1 and check if it works.

Yeah that was a vanilla bug in 2.2.0 so if you use 2.2.1 then the issue will be fixed.
