Bug in Event 25002 (Socialist Revolutions)

In the global revolutions event file, I noticed that the start date for the socialist revolution is listed as 18905. Based on the event description, it should be listed as 1905.

This is the way the relevant part of the event currently looks:

	date = { day = 21 month = february year = 18905 }
	offset = 25
	deathdate = { day = 30 month = december year = 1920 }

I couldn't find this reported aywhere, so I listed it.
