For several games I have been faced with a bug preventing my alienated prisoners from being treated in the medical beds of the infirmary, they remain unconscious and end up dying. The doctors perform the "move to medical bed" action constantly but the prisoner cannot be placed correctly. Apparently this bug has been known for several years and has never been resolved. if you want to reassure your fans about prison architect 2 you should resolve the bugs in prison architect 1.

FYI there will be no more patches for this game.

I don't actually play it, but from my reading here patients with mental issues, alienated say, cannot be helped in the infirmary. They need psychiatric care.

Hopefully someone with more gameplay expertise than I can comment further on this for you!
