BUG: Unable to join multiplayer games when the plot gets expanded!

The game freezes temporarily when they try to connect and then when it unfreezes and the other player has done receiving the map data it then kicks them from the game and this then repeats, so they cannot join! No hardware or internet issues are the cause of this issue and also have tried recommended fixes on the forums.

We are having the same issue it started after we added second chances

Having a similar set of issues as well, however with some added sweetness. When playing a prison offline, everything is okay. The very SECOND I got online, the characters start skipping around the map rather than moving fluidly even on regular game speed. My friend gets the error, "lost connection to server". This game use to work fine a couple months ago....Where are the developers????
