They sould use it like other workers in prison but they don't. Other personel uses them normally. My friend has the same problem. Please fix this bug

Glad I'm not the only one that noticed this! Same issue for me - orderlies are walking around in a p*ssed off state permanently with all needs maxed out.
They also don't seem to stay anywhere in particular when not deployed or on patrol. Really annoying when using temperature. They just hang out outside occasionally being angry that it's cold.
There needs to be a way to contain them to building where they're needed. like a policy of "when idol, hang out in staff rooms, or security rooms" kind of thing. this would be helpful the other staff as well.

I agree with all of the above. Dev's, please fix this bug. It takes away the fun of playing this game.
Nursing is their favorite place but they do not recover.

I have the same issue, orderlies will not take a break in the staffroom, they are all pissed off....
