BUG : Portuguese Republic flag

Portuguese Republic flag

Just browsing Mork's thread and i noticed that in the 1914 scenario Portugal still has the Monarchy flag. Is this a bug (we all know how weird the game is in the 1st month of every given scenario) or didn't the Republican flag "make it"? If so, i'd be really dissapointed...

I'd say it's a bug since the republic flag is in the game files.

Or mabye Portugal is wrongly configured in 1914. Someone should investigate, anyway.
