Bug Report - Enchanted Spring victory location not working

Hi,

I first spotted this bug when attacking Sir Aelred's army in Norfolk during my Triumph of the Old Faith line of quests. I chose the Bleakshore battlefield.

The Enchanted Spring victory location there (middle of the battle map), which according to my faith (Old Faith/Moral) should have lowered the cost of my spells by 40%, does absolutely nothing.

I've tinkered around with a couple other battlefields since, with similar results.

I am are new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself .. I decided to enroll after a while 'I was reading the forum and all the good advice ..approaching the summer and I decided to get back a bit 'in the form .. I do sports (tennis and running) and I always tend to control what I eat, with ups and downs!
