Hi I've just bought a few days ago the french version of Europa Universalis which is a great game and I'm having some little bugs with the tutorial.

When I start playing a new tutorial everything works fine, but if I take back a previous save of this tutorial then the following changes or bugs appear.

First I can't produce cavalry anymore.
Second it seems I can't declare war to anyone anymore.

This doesn't seem to appear with the other scenarios.
An explanation ?

There was a problem with saved games in the tutorial before v 1.09. Patch up to that level and start a new game and see how that does - don't try to load games saved before the patch was applied.

This is a known problem. I suggest that you leave the tutorial and -play the Grand Campaign as Russia. You get a nice easy start and will learn quicker this way than using the tutorial.
