Due to the worst vanilla bug ever, the effects for Legalism are moved from its tooltip to the tooltips of the decisions it enables. We can look into new custom tooltips, however.
Had this happen to me today. Seems like my soldiers are under the island. I can click on them individually, but i can left click drag on the ones under the ground. I have all possible HIP mods installed. Any raise soldiers on that island appear underground. The ones you see above ground are soldiers raised from my eastern provinces. In HIP without SWMH, I've noticed that the de jure empires are vanilla, rather than HIP's. Also, the Byzantine ruler is able to create and hand out kingdom titles that he previously was unable to create in HIP.
In HIP with SWMH, the "banu Abbad" of Spain are marked as a theocracy, and cannot be played. Further, the Kingdom of Makura has a localization error, and is displayed as "King of k_makuria".
If any of these bugs have already been noted in the thread and I missed it, I apologize.
HIP without SWMH is just the vanila map, not sure what you were expecting. Will look into theocracy issue and makuria issue.
HIP without SWMH has long had a slightly different de jure structure than vanilla, mostly in Byzantium. In HIP (even without SWMH), de jure Byzantium did not include Venice, Sicily or Georgia. To answer your question, I expected the status quo in regard to HIP's slightly modified de jure kingdoms.

This is with the vanilla map (without India, of course, but the addition of India did not change de jure Byzantium.) Now de jure Byzantium consists of a large Greek Kingdom and Iconium.

As you can see, the Byzantine Emperor is also able to create these kingdoms. Previously, the Emperor was unable to do so.
Getting endless CTD's. Game loads just fine, and then I try to load up a game as any character and it just crashes.
Using everything except ARKO, NRBT, PB, SMWH.
I've run into this crash at every single start date. I've tried stripping away various mods to see if this changes anything. At the moment I believe the culprit is one of the many opening events that fire when you first start the game as a new character. Not sure if it's just my computer but post Charlemagne this is getting annoying.
Game runs fine if I strip away everything aside from benign and minor parts like VIET Events. Of course, at that point I might as well not use HIP since I'm not using any major part of it.
@ Sirrobert1: you do know that certain duke tier counties, like Holland, Vlaanderen and Henegouwen are deliberately depicted as a county (name_tier = count), which is what they historically were. Duchies like Neder Lotharingen (Lothryk), Brabant, Limburg and Gelre are duchies in SWMH.
