When the icon appears in the upper right hand area of the screen for an ally asking you to honor the alliance, the first part of the text is fine, but the last part (where I assume the names of the countries would be listed) is just a jumble of letters and symbols.
I haven't noticed this except for alliance announcements.
I am talking about the text that appears in the box when you leave the cursor over the little symbol that appears, not the text in the main dialog box that appears when you click on the little announcement symbol.
