The old beds do not get clothing as the regular beds do. This causes a lot of issues with prisoners because of this. All beds should get the clothing regardless.

Seeing the same thing. Clothing only seems to be delivered to the original beds and the bunk beds. Mattresses, old beds, and comfy beds get nothing.
Did a quick test. None of the old or comfy beds in the screenshot below were getting fresh laundry. Replaced one of the old beds with a standard bed, and the uniform was delivered straight away.

Yep. I noticed the same thing, had to replace all the beds. Though I think the Old beds are such a better style for a real prison. Too bad they don't work.
