Ok, I am playing a Japan campaign. It is now 1937. I recongized Mengkukuo (the event). I already have an unit in a new nation Mengkukuo's province named Hohhot. I am already at war against National China and their friends. My unit in Hohhot, I sent to attack a province named Bayan Nur, owned by Xibei San Ma (dark green color), has no units there so it is a easy take.
However, there is a problem, and it is a strange problem that I see. The world time goes by, the ETA arrival goes up together. Ex. ETA is April 1 0:00, world time is March 28 0:00. 10 hours later. March 28 10:00, ETA is also April 1 10:00. That means my unit will never get there. When the time goes by, the unit selected, I see the attack red arrow flickering repeatedly as if there is a problem.
In the province I owned below Hohhot. I sent units to several provinces owned by Xibel San Ma , including Bayan Nur, the province my unit has problem going...is working fine...so it seems I cannot go from Hohhot to Bayan Nur. I was able to send the "bugged" unit to a province I own then head to Bayan Nur. Works fine.
So I think there is a bug or this is intended. That if you have units in a province that is suddenly owned by a new nation (Mengkukuo). They will not able to move into enemies' provinces as long as they are in a new nation's provinces, it seems.
(small note: I am already at war before the Mengkukuo event; I used to owned Hohhot province before Mengkukuo event)
