Bug : Unknown RGBFormat

Hi,
I've installed HoI 2 then I've started the game. But after the video ends, it crashed. The savedebug.txt say :

 DirectDraw object created About to Initialize video!

Setting Mode.
Mode Set.
Unknown RGBFormat = 32 ,r=16711680 g=65280 b=255 
Failed to initialize video.

What the hell does it mean ?

By the 'unknown format' I would say that your computer doesn't have the software to read the video and thus it doesn't activate and take you to the game, I would find out the format of the video by going into the game file and finding the video, ensure you can see the full name of the file to see what type of file it is (e.g .mp3, .wav) and if you don't have a program that can read these, download one from the internet.

Bypass the video by renaming the AVI folder to AVIBack.

Then come back and let us know if you are able to play the game.
