i actually unlocked the transport building (level 2) without reaching the goal to unlock it.
Let me explain,
I placed a bus depot, which i turned off after placing it. So the building is physically in my town but does not work.
After some time i checked unique buildings and found that the transport tower is available.
After looking how to unlock it, i need to move 1000 cims with public transport in order to get it, which i didn't do because i didn't place any bus stops.
I just have the bus depot turned off on the map, did that get to unlock the tower after some time even if it's turned off?
i can provide screenshots if you wish.

edit: well......no forget it i just saw that unique buildings are unlocked via previous plays :laugh: haaa sorry! ^^
