[Bug] Walls Glitch with Custom Quick Builds

Since the Jailhouse Free Update, walls do not properly populate for custom quick builds (default options work just fine):

• External walls have a graphics glitch (rotating build produces same graphics glitch)
• Internal walls are not built at all

Steps to reproduce: grabbed the utility room and shop code directly from the prefab.txt and pasted into custom prefab.txt (with Copy appended to name). Screenshot provided with results (default are on left, "custom" are on right).
