Playing as korea i lost my perma claims against the japanese, I've not been to war with them so i dont know why.

How did you get perma-claims on Japan? I had a look at your save and you didn't complete any mission in the japanese branch of the mission tree (starting with Protect against Japanese Piracy) which would give you perma claims
