Bug with attacking divisions split all in ones

See image below what i mean.



Attack from Stryj with 6 divisions at same time. But they fight all separate battles. I remember this was also a problem in early hoi2 but they fix it there.

The same problem also occurs with planes. I had several STRAT making a airfield attacks, but all flotillas fought a seperate battle instead of operating together.
