There is a bug reporting subforum. So why post here?
Edit: In the first one I can see it the abilities apply. Even across the Language barrier, the 2 debuffs/effects are clearly listed on the attack.
On teh second one you pointed at "Share Pain" (a Psionic buff) when you had no mods that could affect them, some timed buff I can not identify and your Thermal resistance of all things?
