1. Prisoners and staff cannot be transferred anymore with right click
2. Cooks not cooking and not making enough food
3. Janitors not cleaning like they used to, even when mutator for reduce dirt build up is on

6. Sudden increase of walking speed for visitors or staff

I'm playing with no Mods, vanilla game and current updates installed

3. Cooks not cooking/Not making enough food. I have more than enough cookers, cooks, fridges and sinks. I used the calculator. The cooks just aren't cooking. Prisoners are dying of starvation.
