First of all, I want to thank Neocore for the game. I loved KA1, and the expansions, and was thrilled to see the pre-order prologue access.
I had to wait a week before posting thanks to Paradox forum rules, so don't remember everything right off the top of my head.
The big one that detracted from the game for me:
AI armies are not leveling. Perhaps this was intended for the prologue, but when my level 10 heroes/units are able to autobattle everything with no losses because the AI is all stuck at level 1/tier 1, it takes something away from the game.
Rather minor bugs:
"Minor" heroes sometimes got the option to increase magic shield or leadership on level up. They have neither of these attributes and increasing them does not increase the 'major' hero they are under.
"Do not fire on melee" for the archers doesn't appear to be working as intended? Maybe I misinterpretted the button, but my archers happily fire on enemy units (and mine by association) after my troops have engaged. Might just take them a moment to notice (great idea for a setting however)
"Upload" is not the proper term for reinforcing the army. Took me a few looks to figure out that's what the button was for.
