I'm looking at the extractor code. I want to control whether a building needs a deposit of x resource, and removes y amount of said resource from the deposit. So for example: The mohole mine creates metal and rare metal. But it does not require a deposit. The extractors require a deposit, but deplete that deposit. I want a game rule (opportunity patch) that removes depletion, without making the extractor work without a deposit.
