All the building icons on the map flash red like a strobe light constantly. I've tried reinstalling, changing every video setting, making sure all my drivers are up to date. None of it changes anything. The only weird thing I noticed that makes it stop for a second was raising my soldiers and focusing the camera on the raised soldier on the map but as soon as I take the camera off of it or if I dismiss the levies it immediately starts again. Any help is appreciated can't really play the game like this because its a pain on my eyes.
