Building my own Scenario

Hi,

I wanted to edit my own scenario, but i think i have to know the Country-ID of all the provinces in the Game. Have anyone a list of all the IDs, because i think it is very funny to edit my own scenario ( seems like an extended fantasia-scenario ) with a few developed countries who have owned provinces and a couple of terra incognita...

just look around at the different files, i have a feeling that the province id's are well marked.

A scenario editor would be a neat thing to have. After all, a front-end to a bunch of database and config files is all that seems necessary.
