Building Types in Asset Editor + Madrid, Spain Buildings

I started yesterday making a model of a building in my hometown. After intense fighting with blender and the fbx I got something pretty usable (there are some weird clipping issues in game that don't happen in blender, nor unity, so for today I gave up on that).

The thing is that this building is actually two buildings, with a road in between. (and a roundabout, but that will come later)

I didn't want to clutter the buildings section on the game creating two assets so I just put a logo on each side and when put by both sides of the road, it will look right.

My issue now is choosing the right kind of asset as a template. While something like the CO offices would be a great start point, unfortunately, I haven't found the way to be able to build the same monument twice.
Is there any other building that could be built twice that would play a similar function (office building with tourism interest) or is there any way around only being able to have a monument of each kind?
Is my only solution to make two separated assets so both can be built?

I feel like there's not much documentation for the whole editor.

Thanks!

For now I'm going with the two separated buildings option (basically I saved two separate instances of the same asset)

As you can see there are some clipping problems with the red lines. I'll look into it. Now that I see some of my city buildings in the game I have to say I'm pretty pumped and I'll probably try to get some more in.

These are some of the small issues that we just didn't think about pre-release. Hopefully we can get some more options available so you can easily make "twin" type towers.

Also, they look amazing! I've never seen these buildings before, but I already love them!

Looking great. I see you used no specular... Maybe would have been a nice addition (but I still don't know how to make reflective black glass work ingame... I had weird results).

It does have specular map, but with very low values, othewise it would be too reflective and not look black at all. The angle, the lighting and th abscence of nerby buildings on this side of the building in the screen cap dont help showing it, but in game you can see the dim reflection of the black glass. I'm pretty happy with that. Not so much with my normals, which I presume are responsible of most of the clipping.

Thank you! I'm looking forward to all the updates on the game. it's a wonderful city builder. I owe you guys my peace of mind. Perfet to unwind after a hard day at work.
